What more

Join us for the presentation of a new book, GZA On Land and Air. A book born out of the need to act and reflect on the ongoing situation in Gaza as well as putting this conflict in a historical context. The event will focus on the current situation for the population in Gaza and it will be possible to buy the book as well. The opening and closing of the Gaza International Airport, a symbol of hope for an independent state of Palestine, is part of a pattern of hope and destruction in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The history of the airport is told as a background to the ongoing genocide in Gaza, where Hind Khoudary, a journalist in Gaza, tweets from October 7 2023 to January 14, 100 days. Muhammad Shehada has written Gaza's Past, Present, and Future putting the current situation in a historical context. Kent Klich/ Tina Enghoff, idea, photographs, editing and layout. After the event you can stick around Litteraturhaus for a musical experience organized by ‘The Gathering’ in aid of Gaza.
